We’re two weeks into summer camp and we’re having fun! We’ve been to the splash pad, the Big Top Candy Shop, the Texas Union, Central Market, and downtown on the train. We’re making dot art, fabric mache, and perler bead treasures, and playing our favorite games, Mancala, Spot It!, and Uno. In the backyard we’re enjoying foosball, swinging on the rope swing, playing in the hammock, and climbing in and around the big “loose parts” I have back there. It’s low-key, low-tech, old-fashioned fun.
